SHIPPING RATES AND PROCESSING TIME
All orders ship from our warehouse in Loxahatchee, FL. Equi Greens uses several shipping carriers in order to provide you with the best available shipping rates. Orders are generally processed the same or next business day. 

INCORRECT AND OLD ADDRESSES
Please note - If you make a mistake and enter an address that requires correction, Equi Greens will contact the carrier on your behalf to redirect your order. If the carrier charges a fee for intercepting or redirecting an order already in transit, this is a charge that we regretfully must pass on to the customer. To prevent change fees, please double check your order before submitting and please remove any addresses that are no longer valid from your account details.
